18 DAILY MICCAI Thursday MONAI Core MONAI 0.7 core integrates cutting-edge performance & profiling capabilities into medical imaging AI research. Several well-documented reference implementations in Jupyter notebooks have been included in this release, as well as developer guides and tutorials for creating high performance training pipelines for 3D MRI and CT segmentation, as well as for 2D pathology detection. Improved profiling and performance capabilities directly translate to increased research and development productivity. For new profiling capabilities, we have enabled the insertion of NVTX annotations via MONAI NVTX Transform extension which will help to better examine the cost of each data pre-processing and augmentation transform in a workflow.
