Roy Davies exactly two years ago, when he co-edited a new book with Matthew Turk: Advanced Methods and Deep Learning in Computer Vision. Roy was Emeritus Professor of Computer Vision at Royal Holloway, University of London. I have the memory of a very kind and humble man. Our sympathies to daughter Sarah and family.
