Created entirely in Julia language ! A tractogram is a set of streamlines representing the network of fiber bundles that connect different brain regions. This is possibly the first ever tractogram in the universe! And the following one is probably the nicest ever! Tractogram from an ex vivo human hemisphere that was scanned with 0.75 mm resolution diffusion MRI and analyzed with FreeSurfer.jl, a new Julia package developed at the Martinos Center for Biomedical Imaging by Anastasia Yendiki , Associate Professor of Radiology at Harvard Medical School .
