It’s a global community, so you can’t determine the dynamics on your own because it depends on other countries and cultures. Here, it’s relatively good in terms of work-life balance, but it has to be the same in other parts of the world for it to be stable because there’s an imbalance if people publish three times more somewhere else or work at night
