This is one of the projects that I ’m working on. At J&J Surgical Vision, our products are speci f ical ly for ophthalmology appl ications. For example, something l ike Lasik laser systems or surgical instruments or laser instruments for cataract surgery. Can you tel l us something about J&J that we don’t know? Johnson & Johnson is one of the biggest healthcare institutions in the US and the world. We do have various products from consumer to pharma as wel l as medical devices. I ’m in surgical imaging, as part of the medical device part of J&J. As I mentioned, we are working on very di fferent things. For example, in the Medical Devices segment we do have di fferent branches, di fferent products, and di fferent appl ications. It ’s a very good culture, very inclusive. Teams over there are very supportive. I real ly enjoy working there. In addition to these technical roles that I ’m doing at J&J, I ’m also involved as a board member of the Women Leadership Inclusion Team. I ’m also a mentor for the high school students here. At Johnson & Johnson, we support the community with di fferent activities including mentorship for the next generation in high school to motivate the young generation, speci f ical ly women and girls, to pursue their dreams in the STEM f ields, the science, technology, engineering, and math.
