Nikita, how did you decide to found RE•WORK? It came from a couple of different things. First of all, when I was studying a Master’s degree in London, I started an incubator for students and alumni at the university to gain advice, mentorship and feedback on their business ideas. Many of the ideas that students and alumni had were focused on technology and also had a social impact focus. That was really how I got involved in organizing startup events with that focus on technology, often with social impact focus as well.
