itself, so that each unit of time is used in the best way. Some of the most brilliant engineers might build on their experience from the university and try to complete their assignment using the most advanced techniques learned in the academia. This natural attitude might be in contrast with the practicality and the pace which are needed for the production of the software . It is crucial that during the planning of the project the team leader emphasizes what are the internal milestones and splits the big problem into chunks which can produce visible results in Scrum or Agile project management frameworks. In principle, Agile defines teamwork within the context of morning sessions. However, our experience points at the advantage of a shared teamwork regarding all the progress and challenges across all the members of the team. This encourages co-working and sharing technologies . The main reasons is that not all the algorithm engineers are created equal. each has personal preferences for specific algorithms stemming from his or her own experience and we want them to share what they know together with the concurrent challenges of the team, with twofold benefits: first, give better technology answers to the problem, when even a minor hint or reference coming from an experienced engineer might give a major boost to the work of his or her colleagues; second, contribute to shortening the scheduled development time. 29 Computer Vision News Project Management Tip “Not all the algorithm engineers are created equal” Management
